It has been over 30 years since young people began to create computer fantasy games on systems originally designed for the calculation, data tables, and applications "serious". control and influence over Cyrodiil . We thus find that Tamriel is a rather different with respect to the end of the third era. The nationalist anxieties in different regions has soared, and the life of the continent has been rocked during these 2 centuries, including the violent explosion of the Red Hill north of Morrowind, which has pushed many dark elves from their homes, or Umbiel the appearance of a floating city powered dreadful souls. The Elves of Morrowind have gained power and land, which has revived the old border conflict between them and Skyrim, a conflict which can only worsen own internal problems of the northern tribes, to enter into a civil war after the death of their King.
Amid the chaos, the Empire is reborn beating the disappearance of the Septim bloodline. And for this, to forge alliances with enormous sacrifices that will only increase the internal stresses and local resistance.
What's more, those with knowledge and responsibility to interpret the prophetic scrolls that give name to the series, the "Elder Scrolls", and reveal the signs of an old prophecy that seems to hang over Tamriel: the advent of the devourer of worlds Alduin the Dragon God, who will bring a new rise of the dragon and with them, the fall of the empire and the humanoid races.
Because in an era prior to the creation of the empire, reigned supreme dragons and humans were little more than food. But from the cold mountains of Skyrim arose a lineage known as the "Born of the Dragon" (Dragonborn), chosen by the gods loved to face the dragons.
